PAID BETA TERMS OF SERVICE
Last updated 2026-09-14
DRAFT — not effective while the paid beta remains on HOLD.
Operator: Alexandre Tavares Moraes, an individual operator based in Brazil. General support: support@claimtheinternet.com. Privacy contact: privacy@claimtheinternet.com.
Prepared for a limited paid beta of no more than 10 charged customers or 30 days from explicit public activation, whichever occurs first.
1. Eligibility and agreement
The paid beta is intended only for people eligible to make this purchase in the United States who are at least 18 and have legal capacity to contract. Before Checkout, you must affirm those facts, accept these Terms, the Community Rules and Refund Policy, and separately acknowledge receiving and reading the Privacy Notice.
2. The purchase
A single, non-recurring USD payment starts an acquisition attempt for temporary identity and control of an internal ClaimTheInternet page. Page placement begins only after verified payment and completed acquisition; payment does not guarantee a takeover. It does not purchase a domain, equity, securities or another financial instrument. There is no promised exclusivity outside that page and no guaranteed duration, audience, traffic, resale, liquidity, appreciation, return, profit or revenue share.
3. Takeovers and beta end
Another completed acquisition may replace the current holder at the displayed one-time price, and the price increases only after a completed acquisition. The prior holder receives none of that payment. New Checkouts stop when the beta is disabled, reaches its persisted UTC end, or fills its charged-customer capacity. Paid or pending financial states continue through recovery or any applicable refund under the Refund Policy.
4. Accounts and payment
Required declarations are checked again by the server before Stripe Checkout is created. Returning from Checkout alone does not grant control. Verified payment and completed acquisition are separate states. Account access uses a verified email.
5. Content license
You retain rights in submitted content and grant the operator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format and display it only to operate, secure, moderate and promote the service. It ends when no longer reasonably needed, subject to backups, transaction records and legal obligations. You must have the rights needed to submit content.
6. Enforcement, support and refunds
The Community Rules govern reports, moderation and appeals. The Refund Policy governs recovery and manual requests. Contact support@claimtheinternet.com for general support, purchases, payments, refunds, account questions and moderation where appropriate. Contact privacy@claimtheinternet.com for privacy requests, incidents and personal-data matters. No bank settlement deadline is promised.
7. Mandatory rights
Nothing here waives rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Governing law, venue, withdrawal, cancellation and other mandatory consumer rights remain those that actually apply; this draft does not invent a forum or override mandatory law.
8. Changes
Material changes apply prospectively under a new version presented for acceptance. The accepted version and cryptographic hash are retained with the purchase record.
