Data collected

We record account and contact data, public display fields, reports, payment references and states, provider events, support and moderation records, required declarations, document versions and hashes, and the beta experience version. Card entry occurs on Stripe Checkout. Security and aggregate view/click records may include a daily hash derived from IP address and browser user agent.

Purposes and public data

Data is used to provide and secure the service, prevent fraud, process and recover payments, moderate content, answer requests and meet legal obligations. Chosen display fields, prices, ownership periods and statistics may be public. Email, internal identifiers and full payment data are not public profile fields.

Providers and international transfers

Stripe, Supabase, hosting and transactional-email providers may process data outside Brazil, including in the United States, under their service arrangements. This Notice provides information; acknowledging it is separate from contractual acceptance and is not universal consent to every processing activity.

Retention and requests

Transaction, acceptance, security and moderation records are retained as reasonably needed for these purposes, disputes and legal obligations; public content may be removed sooner. No automatic deletion or fixed period is promised. Contact privacy@claimtheinternet.com for privacy requests, access, correction or deletion requests, incidents and other personal-data matters.
